At S.G.C.S we don't believe that one training package should suit all education settings. Each school and governing body is unique, and your training will be centred around you and your needs.

We can tailor our packages to include a small number of your governors, your whole governing body, a cluster of several governors from several schools or any other set ups you can think of. The individual requirements dictate how we design your training. If you require training on understanding data for example, you can supply us with some of your schools data for us to work with, making the training more relevant to your school. On the other hand, if you wanted a course designed to help new Chairs or Vice-Chairs, we can offer a mentor system or training for a number of governors who are either Chairs or aspiring Chairs.

The options are endless and we will work with you to ensure your training is of a high standard and something you can take back to your governing body to use again and again.
